Job Summary

Lead Sensinova India’s technical support efforts by managing after-sales service and providing technical guidance to clients, distributors, and internal teams. As the primary technical expert, you will oversee support operations, train stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with IoT products like touch switches, motion sensors, wardrobe sensors, and sensor lights.

Key Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Support:
  • Address and resolve client technical concerns promptly.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proper coordination for replacements, supported by a
    dedicated team member.

Training & Development:

  • Conduct technical training sessions for:
  • Internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Distributors, channel partners, and their team members.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and FAQs for product knowledge enhancement.

Product Expertise:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sensinova’s IoT products.
  • Collaborate with RD or manufacturing to address complex technical issues and provide client feedback for product improvement.

Process Optimization:

  • Create efficient workflows for handling service tickets and product replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Team Supervision:

  • Guide and supervise the employee handling product replacements.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and ensure smooth coordination within the technical
    team.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for key clients and distributors.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth post-sale
    operations.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, IoT, or electronics domains.
  • Exceptional presentation and training skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting IoT or automation products.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with distributor and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
